Office Policies

Thank you for trusting your care to Steep Falls Family Practice.

If you are a new patient, please fill out this registration form and send it back to the office. You can call five days later to set up an appointment.

If you are an established patient, please remember to tell my nurse of any changes in your insurance or phone number or address when you come in for an appointment.  There are some forms below which you can fill out to make your visit more complete.  

Office Hours

Appointments & Cancellations

You may schedule an appointment with a patient care coordinator.

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, it is necessary that you advise the office at least 24 hours in advance. Your consideration in this matter will allow me to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.

Emergencies

We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call Dr. Rovner on his cell phone at 207-632-6708.

NOTE: It is not possible to schedule emergency appointments online.

Payment

My office accepts the following methods of payment for co-payments, deductibles and services that are not covered by insurance:

• MasterCard
• Personal Check
• Cash

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
